Welcome Home Met South
Met South is a welcoming affordable housing community located along Monterey Road in San José. As the second phase of the Met development, Met South offers 30 affordable apartment homes along with a manager’s residence in a three-story elevator building.
The community offers a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes designed to provide comfortable and quality living for income-eligible individuals and families. Met South is thoughtfully designed with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind, incorporating Green Building Guidelines and modern building technologies.
Together with Met North, Met South creates a connected residential community with shared amenities, outdoor spaces, and convenient access to transportation and neighborhood services.
